Throughout this website, the terms “I”, “me”, “my”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nepogodova Design & Olga Nepogodova. Olga Nepogodova offers this website, including all information, tools and services available on this website, to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


Olga Nepogodova creates handmade, handcrafted, artistic products. Our method of manufacturing has specific features such as irregularities in shape, roughness, diverse sides, visible spots of solder. All our products are unique; no two items are identical. Each is hand-finished and thus you may notice small imperfections on surfaces, marks from tools, oxidation and graduations in the colour. Such inconsistencies could be considered part of the artistic design or special example of artistic expression. Also, all product photos are artworks and may be different from the original product view, have a different colour, changes in the shape of the product, mask the product technology defects and scratches. These both are not flaws and therefore do not qualify as justification for returns, exchanges or refund claims.


Our warranty policy for manufacturing defects lasts 30 calendar days from the date of purchase or receipt of payment by Nepogodova Jewellery, whichever is the later. Outside of this warranty period of 30 days, there will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges. We are more than happy to replace the product if the above criteria are met.

Please note: Our Returns and Refund Policy does not cover normal wear and tear or any accidental or non-accidental damage to any products. This policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. If you made a mistake selecting your size or if need to replace or exchange an item, please submit an email to us at

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will need to receive an approval from us (the seller) to replace the purchased product with the same product at the same price but with different specifications OR to exchange for a different product available in the catalogue (negotiable) OR to get an approval for a refund. Please do not return the purchased product to us (the seller) without notifying us and before having an approval form authorized by us. All returns must be authorised by the seller and have a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please note: Any returns that are received from the purchaser without a Return Authorization number, or without prior approval, will not be refunded.


We accept returns of our online catalogue regular stock items only. We do not refund or exchange products that have been sold as a ‘Backorder’ or custom-made for you as a ‘Custom order’. Additionally, we do not refund or exchange any products that have been engraved, modified in any way, altered, etched, sized or coloured to your requirements.

Please note: Due to health regulations, we may not be able to refund or exchange any earrings or piercing jewellery purchases. Also, gift cards, vouchers or promotional coupons are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. Any other free items received such as presents or gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded.


All returned products must be in their original, unused condition. For us to process any returned goods, a receipt or another proof of purchase, such as the order number or the transaction number, filed Return Verification Report (provided by the seller) with Return Authorisation number, is required. Provided the return process above including an approval form which has been authorized by the seller has been followed, return the item to PO Box 4288, Hamilton 3247, New Zealand. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

We recommend you mail your returned goods using Tracked Registered Post. If you ship goods over $50 USD in value, you must use a trackable shipping service only. You assume the risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore, we recommend that you take out additional shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. If you are shipping an item over $150 USD in value, you must also purchase shipping insurance. Please note: We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. All returned shipping is done at your own risk.


Refunds can be made based only on the completed return of the product. Unclaimed refunds or incomplete returns will not be processed.
Whatever the reason for the return, both the initial and returned shipping cost are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund application. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a few working days. Normally, the funds are deposited into your Visa / MasterCard or PayPal account within 1-3 working days.
